General Tire and Lifesaving SA have the pleasure of offering the following assistance to the Technical Officials for the 2019 Championships.
Accommodation for out of town officials:
Certified Technical Officials from out of town will be accommodated on a bed and breakfast basis for their working days, additional days will be for their own account. If you have booked your own accommodation, you can claim R350 per night allowance (max 7) for the period worked.*
Teas and Lunches will be provided during working days.
There will be a Technical Officials dinner during the event; drinks will be for your own account. The date and venue will be advised.
Technical Officials who received golf shirts and jackets in 2018 will only receive one golf shirt in 2019.
Please carry your golfers and anoraks with you to PE.
All Technical Officials will also receive 2 x T-shirts and 1 x Shorts, (GT are supplying the hats/caps again) Technical Officials are requested to ensure they bring sufficient additional clothing – Navy Blue Shorts and White Shirts, club and provincial branding is not permitted.
Transport for out of town officials:
Certified out of town Technical Officials working for 5 or more days may claim travel assistance to a maximum of R2000.00 per return flight; or road transport at R3.50 per km per car to a maximum of R2000.00. If travelling by car with 2 or more TO’s the claim will be to the driver of the vehicle only.
Out of Town Officials: An official that resides more than 70km from Port Elizabeth.
