Wimpy and Lifesaving SA have the pleasure of offering the following assistance to the Technical Officials for the 2020 Championships.
Accommodation for out of town officials:
Certified Technical Officials and Selectors from out of town will be accommodated on a bed and breakfast basis for their working days, additional days will be for their own account. If you have booked your own accommodation, you can claim R350 per night allowance (max 7) for the period worked. *
A light snack will be available at the beginning of the day.
Refreshments and drinks will be available from event sponsors during the day.
Lunch will be provided.
Technical Officials requiring kit will receive the following this year:
1 x Golf Shirt
1 x T-Shirt
1 x Shorts
1 x Jacket
Wimpy are supplying peak caps for each official.
Technical Officials are requested to ensure they bring sufficient additional officials clothing – Navy Blue Shorts and White Shirts, club and provincial branding is not permitted.
Transport for out of town officials:
Travelling TO’s and selectors may claim after the event for a re-imbursement of flights to a maximum of R1200.00 per person. Those travelling by car from further than 70km from PE may claim their travel at a rate of R3.50per km to a maximum amount of R1200.00 per vehicle travelling
Out of Town Officials: An official that resides more than 70km from Port Elizabeth.
Claims are to be substantiated with valid invoices and flight tickets and will be paid after the event.
