Subject: Registration of all IRB’s and Jet Ski’s
Clubs, Districts and Provinces are required to submit updated copies of the Certificate of Fitness (COF’s) on all your IRB’s and Jet skis to headoffice@lifesaving.co.za by Friday, 13th November 2020.
Attached is a list of craft we currently have on records.
Should you not have a Certificate of Fitness please contact the SAMSA office in your Province to get one.
Please take note of the following:
- The Certificate of Fitness has an expiry date, and the club will need to renew this certificate prior to the expiration date
- The IRB will not be allowed to be in the water until the certificate of competence has been received.
- Copies of all Drivers and Crewman Certificates with the safety certificate MUST be in the BOATHOUSE
- Above rules must be adhere to before IRB leave the boathouse
Provinces are requested to submit to headoffice@lifesaving.co.za the name and contact details of the Provincial Patrol/ Duty officer.
