In preparation for the 2021/2022 summer season Lifesaving South Africa’s head office is requesting all clubs to submit their duty kit requirements by completing the attached template and returning to email@example.com by Monday, 22nd March 2021. We request your honest and accurate information to be filled in on this template. The final kit allocation will be for the discretion of the sponsor.
