Subject: RLSS Survival Swimming Instructor
Lifesaving SA is looking for a minimum of 2 instructors / lifeguards per province to assist with the Lifesaving SA Survival Swimming Instructor Training.
This is a Royal Lifesaving Survival Swimming Project which will run from June to November 2022.
Training to be run online with local practical assessments and programmes across South Africa.
Applicants must hold a current LSA Lifeguard Award and a valid Retest. A SSA Learn-to-Swim certificate is not required.
Successful applicant must have access to reliable cellular signals or Wi-Fi, police clearance and their own transport.
Remuneration will be market related.
The project is aimed to provide Instructors who in turn will be equipped to host Survival Swimming Programmes across the country expanding the LSA Watersmart Resci classroom outreach into practical water safety, with LSA’s 7 stages of water competency.
