Notice of Postponement of the LSA Annual General Meeting
Dear Members of Lifesaving SA,
The LSA Management Board has been advised by the Director of Finance and the Finance Committee (FINCOM) that the audited financial statements are incomplete and therefore delayed.
In light of this, the Management Board has resolved to postpone the Annual General Meeting which was scheduled for the 25 July 2026 until further notice. We are awaiting the completion of the final audit documentation and will communicate a new meeting date as soon as the audited financial statements have been finalised.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this postponement may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience.
