Dear Clubs, Lifeguards, and Duty Members,

Lifesaving South Africa would like to remind all Clubs, Lifeguards and Duty Members that the DHL Lifesaving SA Duty Kit is the only approved kit that must be worn when performing lifesaving duties.

No other kit may be worn while on duty, including:
• General Tire Kit
• Liqui-Fruit Kit
• Municipal kit
• Any other non-approved kit

The DHL Duty Kit must be worn to ensure a professional and consistent appearance and to ensure that our lifeguards are easily identified while on duty.

Clubs are encouraged to take photographs of their duty squads while on duty and share these on their social media platforms to showcase the important work being done by Lifeguards. Please remember to tag Lifesaving South Africa and use: #LifesavingSA

Please also ensure that all photographs and posts comply with the Lifesaving South Africa Social Media Policy circulated under Circular 166/25. All content must be appropriate, professional and respectful of the privacy and dignity of members of the public.
